The Chicago Fire of the MLS will be conducting a week long soccer camp at the Elkhart Sports Center this summer. Camp Types: Program: Recreational
Ages: 6-10
Time: 9am - 12pm
Cost: $150 Program: Competitive
Ages: 11-16
Time: 1pm - 4pm

Soccer Player Cards Instituted for 2012-2013

Soccer Player Cards
In an attempt to offer the best possible playing experience for all of the soccer players at the Elkhart Sports Center we will be implementing PLAYER CARDS starting in October 2012. These player cards will be used as a tool for the Sports Center to keep track of team rosters and players birth dates. Players will be responsible for bringing their card to EVERY game at the Sportscenter. We ask that you arrive early for your first game at the Sports Center so that we can print out your player card and provide it to you. You will also have the opportunity to get your player card before hand by stopping by the Sports Center during regular business hours between now and the start of the indoor soccer season and you can get your player card at that time. NO PLAYER WILL BE ALLOWED TO PLAY WITHOUT A PLAYER CARD. (the deadline to get your player card will be by the third game of the first soccer session you are entered to play) Players under the age of 18 will need parents to accompany them so that they can sign the waiver form. Players will also need to bring one of the following, birth certificate, an ID, or their Indiana or Michigan outdoor soccer state issued player card. Each PLAYER CARD will cost $15 / person. A HUGE THANK YOU to 8 local businesses who have generously offered promotional discounts whenever you present your PLAYER CARD at their venue. The 8 local businesses are: MC Sports, Tangles Salon, The Daily Grind, Sports Time, Papa Johns, Culver's, El Camino Real, and ModMex. We would like to thank you for your continued support of the Elkhart Sports Center. We wish all of you the best of luck as you finish your outdoor sessions and we hope to see you in our Fall INDOOR season beginning on November 3rd, 2012.
ESC NEW PAYMENT POLICY - EFFECTIVE 10/1/12

New ESC Payment Policy
Effective with all new leagues and programs that begin starting October 1st, 2012, the following payment policy will be put into place.
Individual registered programs A $50 deposit is due upon registration to get on the registration list for the particular program you are signing up. All payments are due in full before the start of the individual class/clinic/program. Failure to pay before the first scheduled class/clinic/program will result in the individual(s) not being allowed to participate.
Team registered programs A $100 deposit is due upon registration to get your team on the schedule. Payment for all leagues are due in full the first weekend of your scheduled play. Failure to do so will result in not being scheduled the following week.
Team registration payment plan If you have a team that would like to pay over the course of the league, a team representative MUST have a valid CREDIT CARD on file with the Elkhart Sports Center. Payments in the amount of 30% of the balance owed, must be made every week, before the start of your scheduled game and the balance must be paid in full by your forth game. Failure to pay each week and/or failure to pay your balance in full by the forth game will result in the credit card being charged each weeks amount due and/or the entire balance by the forth game. Failure to supply a valid credit card on file will result in not being allowed to participate in our leagues/programs.
ESC refund policy Refunds are only issued if ESC does not have the league, clinic, or program that was signed up for. No refunds, credits, or make-ups will be given for missed games, clinics, or programs No pro-rating of fees will be given for late sign- ups No refunds (partial or whole) are given due to suspensions or injury
