COERVER Performance Academy training dates/times

It's the official start of the 2016-2017 Coerver Performance academy.  We are looking forward to a great season of training.  As a reminder, below are the days that each class will train along with the training dates for the 5 months of training.  For classes that have multiple days, if you are in that age group you should have already been contacted as to which class you are in.

Monday classes: 

HS boys - 5 - 6:30PM
Goalie training - 5 - 6:30PM
U13-15 boys - 6:30 - 8PM
U13 - 15 girls - 6:30 - 8PM

NEW and upcoming classes being held at the Elkhart Sports Center IU Goshen!!!!   Come join the fun with IU's fun, energetic, amazing instructors!!!

Classes offered:

 "FIT" FITNESS INTERVAL TRAINING - 
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6-7 am
Take it to the Gym in this great class for building aerobic and strength endurance.  This is a full body workout experience using Tabata, circuit and athletic training methods, as well as core strengthening exercises guaranteed to challenge all fitness levels successfully.  

CORE & MORE
Tuesday and Thursday 6-7 am
In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use limited equipment to sculpt and strengthen the entire body.  Each class includes methods from Pilates and Yoga targeting the abdominals, back, glutes and hamstrings to create greater strength, flexibility and balance in the body. Modifications and progressions will be given for all exercises.

Zumba:
Monday 5:15 - 6:00 pm
This is a fun cardio dance workout to a Latin beat that truly is exercise in disguise. So ditch the workout and join the fun as you burn calories galore!

POUND®
Tuesday 5:15 - 6 pm
The world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
Zumba plus Hip Hop
Thursday 5:30-6:15 pm
Enjoy learning a wide variety of the latest, modern dances as well as those with a Latin beat to maximize the fun and the workout.
Cost: $50 for two months of unlimited classes. Drop-in rate is $4 per class, or get an eight-class coupon booklet for $30.
